Sonic Mindfulness Experiences are unique meditative group sessions that use various therapeutic sound tools to help participants relax and recharge their minds and bodies.

Participants will be immersed in live music soundscapes that can help ease stress, restlessness and tension. The soundscape is designed to activate and restore balance to the parasympathetic nervous system. Crystal singing bowls, chimes, a handpand, and a wind gong provide soothing sounds that help cultivate deep relaxation and well-being.

Sonic Mindfulness Experiences help to build a mindfulness practice. The sessions offer the space and time – resources often in short supply – necessary for self-reflection and self-discovery. This is a great self-care practice with therapeutic benefits that can carry into everyday life.
